    This is a New replacement Rubber Bezel that over time if your grommet has become perished, lost, cracked, or become discolored with over-spray or car wax, this will restore your antenna back to its original appearance.  On these older models the grommets can deteriorate and let in rain water to the cars trunk.   Jaguar also recommends the grommet is replaced if the power antenna has been removed and replaced.
